Ayompe specializes in project management, execution, monitoring and evaluation. He holds a Master of Laws Degree (LL.M) in International Law and a Master of International Service Degree (MIS) in International Development, both from the American University, Washington D.C. He is experienced in managing, executing, monitoring and evaluating international projects, particularly in Africa. Ayompe is fluent in written and spoken French.
Ayompe has over 10 years of experience leading international development projects in more than 90 countries, managing and providing guidance to a large network of in-country project teams, and ensuring strict design and application of methodologies in diverse contexts. He has worked with the World Bank, through the Public Sector Economic and Management team on projects ranging from education, health, agriculture and energy, and he is very familiar with the journeys of some of the countries selected in this project. Prior to joining STC, he consulted with Global Integrity as a project manager for Africa Integrity Indicators, a new initiative of Global Integrity undertaken in collaboration with the Mo Ibrahim Foundation, assessing key social, economic, political and anti-corruption mechanisms at the national level in over 50 African countries including countries selected in this project. He managed and coordinated different project phases to closing.
